The boss's walk,his rise and fall,
His likes and dislikes ----
Keep your vulture eyes busy with them.

When the ripple of his laughter lingers,
Ask yourself --
Do your cheeks raise the same wave in time ?

Make sure the words 
Flowing from your lips
Carry a trembling note of servile joy.

Match your passive smoking
To the boss's active puffs ----
Strive for balance there.

Soften your oily body language,
Mixing it well with  studied sweetness.

And master ----
Don't forget to keep
One sharp eye on the scrap heap !
