Poem : I Am Alive

I  am  alive With just one file degree in hand Wandering on the way. Just alive ----- nothing more May be not the way one should live. Still,I'm alive Living ---- that's the essence of life. Sometimes I dream I fight And I go on living With dreams and battles side by side. There 's  one more companion That stays with me in this life ------ A heart full of burning pain. ------------------------------------ Poet : Dr.Goutam Kumar Mallick

            loves  the  people
             beside  the  people
             draws the image of  the  society
                                                     in  well.

A poet
            feels  the  people
             awakes  the  people
             because  he is the  man
                                             of soil.
