No one wins in war, In war, what wins in anguish. No one wins in war, In war,what wins is poverty. No one wins in war , In war , what wins is cruelty. No one wins in war, In war,what wins is pollution. No one wins in war, In war,what wins is death. Poem : Two People

( This is the english version of my bengali poem' Duti Manush')





One  person  dreams,
Another  shatters those  dreams.
One  moves  forward
While  another  pulls  back.


One  is  a  soulmate,
Another  calculates.
One  lives  in  joy,
The other's  balance is empty in the end.


One  blends  with  all,
Another  is  selfish.
One  lives  within  the heart,
While  another  becomes  a stranger.


One   speaks  freely,
Another  remains  grim.
A flowery  smile on one's face,
The  other is  a masked  braggart.

Poem : Mother Durga Is Coming

Last time, I had wished to say -- O Mother, grant me the strength to gift my wife a new sari, to clothe my child in fresh attire -- But the words never left my lips. Instead,within my heart I prayed O Slayer of Demons, do not falter in Your battle ! Yet even that remained unsaid. And when You arrived ,Mother, Your Presence filled me with such joy That I forgot everything else.
